While there are hundreds, if not thousands of things you should know about Aloe, here are nine things you should know about Aloe Vera (Barbadensis Miller). Plant rich with Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids - nutrients that human body strives for.
- Aloe has been used by civilizations for over 4,000 (some reports date back 6,000) years. Egyptian queens used Aloe for beauty treatments and bathed in it to keep their skin looking youthful. There are over 200 varieties of Aloe, but only around four are beneficial for our body.
